McConnell
Named for the McConnell family in the mid-1800s. The post office was established in 1854 as McConnellsville. the name was shortened to McConnells just a few decades ago. The oldest house, known as the Love Plantation sits across Hwy 321 from the hay barn the subject of this site.
Tour
Take a right on Hwy 322 and head toward Bullocks Creek. Turn right at the second stop sign. This should be Highway 49. Turn left onto Bonnor Horton.
