Continue to McConnels highway and turn right, then turn right on Main street in Rock Hill. Turn right again onto Hampton. Your tour will end at Rock Hill City Hall. The last painting was done from the second story of the City Hall. Hall Rotunda. |

The City Hall building was finished in 1991. Downtown Rock Hill is currently undergoing a massive renovation. A 1970's style mall roof that enclosed Main Street has been removed and the original facades are being refurbished in an attempt to revitalize the downtown area. |
