Town of Sharon founded in 1889. The downtown, bank building and old cotton gin warehouse were all built by Mr. Rainey, whose heirs still inhabit the large mansion on the hill. Downtown Sharon - All of it. Located across the street from town is the Sharon Grill, a breakfast stop for many hunters headed out into the wilderness, and a good place to stop for lunch. |
